Vison Charter School

Congrats Tricia Huckins

We are so proud of our very own Mrs. Huckins for being recognized by Idaho Giants as an outstanding Science Teacher making real world connections in the classroom! What an outstanding honor!

Invent Idaho

Vision Charter took Invent Idaho by storm -- three of our four invetors came home with first place ribbons! Congratulations Maya, first place in 7th-8th grade Non-working Models, Madelyn first place in 7th-8th grade games, and Summer, first place in 4th-5th grade Non-working models. Great Job! We are so proud of all our young inventors!

What's new for March.

We have had an interesting time learning about the Incas and are going to start on the Aztecs. If anyone has real gold laying around, we could use it for art! HEHE! Okay, maybe too much to ask.
The students are learning about matter, volume, and density. We are going to complete an experiment today about density. It is funny how interesting all of this is to me. I haven't done many of these things so it is all new to me.
There is no other school I would rather teach in than Vision Charter School. This is a fun learning experience for all of us.

Hello Parents

Thank you to all of you who volunteered to send items for our Valentine's Day party. A big thanks to those who showed up to help also. I could not have pulled it off without your help. I got the cutest pictures for your student's memory book. : )

All School Read

October 30th will be our whole school culminating celebration of "James and the Giant Peach" by Roald Dahl! The older students have been reading to younger students and the teachers have created fantastic lessons to make the literature come alive.
