This year, there are several speaking parts and solos in the Christmas program, and all elementary students are welcome to try out. Try outs will be November 9 in the music room as follows:
3:15-3:45 - kindergarten through 3rd grade
3:45-4:15 - 4th and 5th grade
Students wishing to try out for speaking parts will be given lines to say at the audition. Students wishing to try out for a solo need to be prepared to sing a Christmas Carol of their choice (i.e. Jingle Bells, Frosty the Snowman, Silent Night, etc.) Students will need to bring the audition form signed by parents and their classroom teacher stating the student will attend all rehearsals, whether they are after school or during the school day. No parents or siblings will be allowed in the audition room. Thanks so much! This will be a very fun program this year!
