Dear Students and Parents,
Today we had our class pizza party! A special thanks to Dr. Short for supplying the pizza for us.
Next week is going to be very busy for us. We have so much coming up. Because of the amount of kids that have been absent this week, I have decided to wait and give the spelling test from this week next week on either Monday or Tuesday. There will be no spelling for next week or over the Christmas break!
Please be sure to bring in a wrapped book for the Christmas book exchange by Wednesday of next week. If you cannot provide one, please let me know so I can get one for your child to give in the exchange.
Market day is next Thursday. Please fill out bottom portion of the newsletter if your child is allowed to bring in items to sell.
Friday, December 16 is the Christmas celebration. We will be watching the first part of the Polar Express from 9:45-10:25, and then have the Christmas party and book exchange from 12:40-1:30, followed by the end of the Polar Express from 1:30-2:45ish. If you would like to bring in treats to share with the class, please be sure to bring enough for all students and that they are healthy treats.
Because of the busy schedule next week, I am not going to have workshop…it will resume again after the break.
