Welcome to 2ndsemester!
We will be offering dual credit again in Western Civ and American History. I will have registration sheets for all students who have not already registered. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Western Civ:
This semester we will be starting with the Renaissance and will try to move all the way to the modern day. Early topics will include the Renaissance, the Reformation, and the Scientific Revolution.
American History:
This semester we will be starting with antebellum America and working to the modern day. Early topics will include the Jackson administration, the slavery compromises, and other events leading up to the start of the civil war.
Social Studies:
This semester will start with the Roaring 20’s and work to the modern day. We will also study the continents of Africa, Asia, and Australia.
