


EXTRA CURRICULARS
Vision Charter School offers a variety of extra-curricular activities, including E-sports, robotics, drama, musical and literary theater, National Honor Society, Student Government, yearbook, and sports. We offer competitive basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, cross country, and intramural Tennis. Our students enjoy a variety of art courses, choir, band, orchestra, jazz band, and pep band.
Athletics

We offer many different sports for High School
and Middle School student-athletes.

HS Sports: XC, volleyball, girls basketball, boys basketball, baseball and softball.

MS Sports: XC, volleyball, girls basketball and boys basketball.
​
We also collaborate with local recreation departments for K-6th youth sports.
Music - Orchestra, Band, Choir, Jazz Band

The Golden Eagle Music (GEM) program is a shining star here at Vision. Foundations are laid at the elementary level and secondary students have the ability to choose from a variety of music options.

E-Sports

E-Sports takes video gaming to another level with organized competitive gameplay between two teams, governed by its own strict set of rules and guidelines. It demands critical thinking, communication, teamwork and creativity in order for students to succeed. Today, eSports is growing exponentially with over 400 million fans worldwide and regularly selling out arenas around the world. Currently, there are more than 200 colleges and universities offering almost tens of millions of dollars in scholarships. Establishing eSports in high school enables students to do what they love and provides them with additional opportunities to earn recognition.

Vision Charter Drama is excited to put on 2 productions a year during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Robotics

Vision Charter is proud to offer students in grades 5-12 the opportunity to build on their stem knowledge by being a part of our FLL (First Lego League) and FTC (First Tech Challenge) robotics teams. Through these programs our students get to explore STEM with hands on learning while also learning how to think critically, present in front of others, coding, teamwork, and building confidence.

National Honors Society

The National Honor Society recognizes and encourages academic achievement while also developing other characteristics essential to citizens in a democracy. The ideals of scholarship, service, leadership, and character have been the focus since 1921.
Membership of NHS is both an honor and a commitment. Students will be expected to maintain a 3.75 GPA or higher, will attend NHS community events, attend bi-monthly lunch meetings, and volunteer their time within NHS and our community.
NHS are honored for their commitment at the end of their Senior year with a medal and/or a collar at graduation.
​NHS is open to juniors and seniors and applications begin April 1, 2026 for the upcoming school year.
